Labour law, data protection and competition law

Our office performs assignments in almost all areas of labour law, including issues concerning the social commitment of various companies, tasks associated with data protection, the formulation and preparation of the internal by-laws and systems of benefits of companies, the conducting of reorganisation and group redundancy projects, questions concerning legal succession, labour law audits and issues associated with severance pay.

We monitor all significant changes of legislation concerning labour law and we provide services in all areas of labour law that are important to employers. We represent large corporations in relation their programmes of social commitment, we provide consultation in sensitive areas such as reorganisation and redundancies, we participate in negotiations with trade unions and works councils and in the preparation of labour leasing agreements. Our services include consultation concerning benefit packages, employee share options and the remuneration packages of executives, we perform labour law audits and prepare and review employment contracts and collective agreements.
Our company provides consultation primarily related to restriction of competition and anti-trust law to a number of multinational and Hungarian companies. In many instances, in the course of acquisitions and mergers, competition law issues become particularly important, so our office also provides competition law consultancy and representation towards the Hungarian Competition Authority.
